Terms of Service

By accessing and using the Estate Care website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Estate Care provides professional administrative and settlement operations services for estate settlement and trust administration, including:

• Document management and organization
• Coordination with attorneys, financial advisors, and other professionals
• Project tracking and status updates
• Administrative support throughout the estate settlement process

Our services are designed to support trustees and families during the estate administration process, but do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.

Estate Care provides administrative settlement operations support and does not:

• Provide legal advice (consult your attorney for legal matters)
• Provide financial or investment advice (consult your financial advisor)
• Provide tax advice (consult your tax professional)
• Act as a fiduciary or trustee

Our role is to coordinate, organize, and support the administrative aspects of estate settlement while you work with your professional advisors.

Service fees are agreed upon in your engagement agreement. Payment terms, billing frequency, and accepted payment methods are outlined in your service contract.

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice. Upon termination:

• We will provide you with copies of all documents and records
• Outstanding fees for services rendered remain due
• Confidentiality obligations continue after termination

Estate Care's liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not liable for:

• Decisions made by trustees, attorneys, or other professionals
• Tax consequences or financial outcomes
• Delays caused by third parties
